Meet Maitha Alsuwaidi: "My grandfather is my inspiration, he was one of the first teachers in the UAE… He pushed us to get an education and instilled in me this sense of serving the country. To do that, I decided to join McKinsey, not only to serve but to work a diverse portfolio, and be part of the growth of the country."
